Door to Door Transfers and Tours Ltd is an independent information and referral service. We do not operate transport, accommodation, golf courses, excursions or tours. Services are supplied by independent third-party providers, and any booking is subject to the individual provider's prices, availability, booking conditions and cancellation policy.
Your contract for the booked service is directly with the relevant provider. That provider is responsible for delivering the service and for dealing with service-related changes, cancellations, complaints, refunds, loss or injury. Door to Door is responsible only for its own information and referral services and does not accept responsibility for the acts, omissions or performance of an independent provider. Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Door to Door may receive a referral fee, commission, promotional payment or other commercial benefit from a featured provider. This does not increase the price charged to the customer unless clearly stated before booking. Customers should review the provider's terms and conditions before confirming any service.
